You will work directly for Global Solar Financial Energy LLC on our payroll or Our Community Outreach Partner Divine Perspectives LLC on their payroll.  

NOTE:  Lifeline is a Federal program. This Governmental program requires all agents to obtain a RAD number. The Community Outreach Services Division manages that department.  If you are interested in providing free phones & free service to your community please click below to obtain your RAD number. This Division also provides Housing Assistance, Food Assistance & Electricity Assistance to the community.

STARTING PAY RATE IS $15.00 - $65.00 PER HOUR DEPENDING ON THE POSITION.  A raise is given after the 1st 2 - 3 weeks of satisfactory employment.  Energy Advisors, Consultants, Energy Coordinators, Funding Agents, Managers & Commission positions average $75,000 to $ 150,000 per year but vary based on the individual and his or her efforts.

****Do not compete this form until prompted to do so by Human Resources by Email or a Manager.****

The New Hire Form will be discarded if completed prior to completing the Employment Employee Evaluation and Selection Application.

The New Hire form must include your Employment Employee Evaluation & Selection Application Reference Number.  This number is important because it will serve as your Employee ID Number.  This form can not be properly processed without that number.  

Upon receipt of your New Hire Form, Human Resources will validate your application.  If all is correct

The onboarding team will start the onboarding process. 

Once validated this form is sent to The Payroll Department to set up your direct deposit or direct pay account!

Back Ground & Reference Checks:  are conducted on every applicant.  The cost of these reports are paid by the company.  Reference Checks are third party administered.  Continued employment is contingent upon a positive & satisfactory result of a complete Back Ground Investigation.  A Criminal record will not prevent you from being hired but it will determine which departments you are allowed to work in.  If you have a history of violence or anger management issues your application will be reviewed by committee.  

Licenses & Certifications:  Some departments require State issued licenses such as a Real Estate license, Electrical License, Plumbers License, Loan Officers License, Home Improvement License, HVAC or General Contractors License.  This cost is the responsibility of the applicant.  

Any other required Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, ID Badges & Security Portal Fees Are Minimal. 

IMPORTANT:  All departments require testing before certifications are granted... You are allowed to work during this time period.

NOTE:   When you have passed all tests you will be qualified to begin submitting your work schedule and  enrollments.  You will receive your Credentials & Certifications via Email.

You will be prompted to complete any Service Provider Trainings by Email from Human Resources.
