You will work directly for Global Solar Financial Energy LLC on our payroll or Our Community Outreach Partner Divine Perspectives LLC on their payroll.  

NOTE:  Lifeline is a federal program.  This Governmental program requires all agents to obtain a RAD number.  The Community Outreach Services Division manages that department.  If you are interested in providing free phones & free service to your community please click below to obtain your RAD number.   This Division also provides Housing Assistance, Food Assistance & Electricity Assistance to the community.

     Starting pay is $15.00 - $65.00 per hour depending on the position.  A raise is given after the 1st 2 - 3 weeks of satisfactory employment.  Advisors, Consultants, Energy Coordinators, Agents, Managers & Commission position average $75,000 to $ 150,000 per year but vary based on the individual and his or her efforts.

Please be advised that we do a  Reference Check & Back Ground Check / Investigation on every applicant.  Law enforcement agencies require fees to obtain criminal history reports.  The cost of these reports are often paid by the company.  Fees are also required for licenses and certifications.  We do not cover all Individual license & Certification cost that maybe required by the State of Federal Government.  Once your application has been deemed eligible for hire, The Human Resources Onboarding team will ask you to complete the New Hire Form via email, text or by phone.  The third party administered Reference Check, License, Certification & Class Registration Fee  of  $ 25.00 must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance of employment.  Continued employment is contingent upon a positive & satisfactory result of a complete Back Ground Investigation.

IMPORTANTl  The New Hire form must include your Employment Application Reference  # (which is also your Employee ID #).  This form can not be processed by Human Resources or the Payroll Department without this number.   

NOTE:    When you have passed all test you will be qualified to begin enrollments.  You will receive your Credentials & Certifications via Email.
